NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA F R SYRACUSE, LLC d/b/a BAYVIEW ESTATES, LLC, Plaintiff v CAPITAL HOMES SALES, LLC DELAWARE PLACE BANK BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES, and Anyone claiming an interest in a certain Mobile Home, Defendants CAUSE NO. 43C01-1105-MI-50 TO: Capital Home Sales, LLC Delaware Place Bank Any Person Interested in a 1990 Fairmont Mobile Home Serial Number: MY9073425K You are hereby notified that a Complaint has been filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under No.: 43C01-1105-MI-50 whereby Plaintiff has requested that it be named owner of the aforementioned mobile home. Said Complaint was filed on the 27th day of May, 2011. Any person objecting to said Complaint may appear at the hearing and file written objections thereto. Hearing in this cause will be conducted before the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N.
