STONER AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AND INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN You are hereby notified that Plaintiffs have filed their Complaint to Quiet Title to real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana and mare particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot 4 in Stoner's Park; thence South 81 degrees 06 minutes East, 32.47 feet to the East line of a road as shown on the Plat of Stoner's Park; thence south 31 degrees 22 minutes 38 seconds West, 46.6 feet more or less to the water's edge of Webster Lake; thence Northwesterly 011 and along the water's edge of Webster Lake to the point of intersection with the West line of the road as Shown on the plat of Stoner's Park extended to the Water's edge; thence Northeasterly on and along the West line of the road as shown on the Plat of Stoner's Park extended to the Southeast comer of Lot 4 in Stoner's Park and the place of beginning. If you claim an interest in this real estate, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiffs' complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to respond to Plaintiffs' complaint, Plaintiffs may be granted the relief requested in their complaint.
