NOTICE BY PUBLICATION FOR PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT 121 NORTH LAKE STREET WARSAW, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA 46580 IN RE THE NAME CHANGE OF ROBERT ELMER BALDRIDGE CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-0904-MI-175 Notice is hereby given that Robert Elmer Baldridge has filed his Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in the above styled case requesting that the Kosciusko County Circuit Court change his name from Robert Elmer Baldridge to Robert Elmer McGuire. This Petition was filed on the 3rd day of April, 2009, and will be heard and determined by the Kosciusko Circuit Court on the 15th day of May, 2009, at 9;30 a.m., or as soon there after as the matter can be heard by the Court. Any person having an objection to the granting of this Petition may file a written objection with the Court at any time prior to the hearing date, or may appear personally at the hearing to object thereto. In the event that a person fails to appear or fails to file a written objection prior to the hearing date, then said Petition shall be heard and determined by the Court and the prayer thereof granted.
