NOTICE OF BID REQUEST STATE OF INDIANA ss: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko County Health Department will from this date accept bids for the demolition and removal of the unsafe building located at 7351 North State Road 13, North Webster, Indiana, including pumping and filling of any septic tank and/or drywell and grading and seeding, but excluding removal of the concrete slab foundation. Work is to begin within four (4) weeks of bid acceptance and must be completed within ten (10) days of initiation. Sealed bids will be received by the Kosciusko County Health Department, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, until 1:00 PM prevailing local time on the 6th day of June, 2013. All bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Kosciusko Courthouse at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, on 6th day of June, 2013, at 2:30 PM, in the Old Courtroom located on the Second Floor. Bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid/Kemnitz Demolition and Debris Removal”, and mailed or hand-delivered to the Kosciusko County Health Department, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. The successful bidder must be a contractor with all necessary licensing and legal qualifications and must also be bonded. The right is hereby reserved to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive informalities in the biding process.
