NOTICE OF AMENDED COMPLAINT STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO KOSCIUSKO COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS, Plaintiff, vs. ROBERT L. DAY and KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Defendants. IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT 1 CAUSE NO: 43D01-1105-PL-45 To: Robert L. Day YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint to Foreclose Judgment Lien has been filed against you in the above-named Court, and that your whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff. The nature of the suit is an attempt to foreclose upon the judgment lien arising pursuant to the judgment rendered on July 1, 2013 under this cause number (43D01-1105-PL-45).
