NOTICE OF ADOPTION (TIMOTHY BRANNING) IN THE HAMILTON SUPERIOR COURT ROOM NO. 2 CAUSE NO. 29D02- 1611-AD-001351 STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF HAMILTON IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF HUNTER HUGH OLSON, MADISON GARNETT SHEPHERD, AND LOGAN TYLER SHEPHERD, minor children Timothy Branning is notified that a petition for adoption of a child, named Hunter Hugh Olson, born to Carrie Olson, on January 24, 2002, was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Hamilton Superior Court, Room No. 2, 292 One Hamilton County Square, Noblesville, Indiana. The petition for adoption alleges that the consent to adoption of Timothy Branning is not required pursuant to Indiana Code § 31-19-9-8. If Timothy Branning seeks to contest the adoption of the child, Timothy Branning must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with IC 31-19-10-1 in the above named court not later than thirty (30) days after the date of service of this notice. If Timothy Branning does not file a motion to contest the adoption within thirty (30) days after service of this notice the above named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption. The consent to adoption of Timothy Branning will be irrevocably implied and Timothy Branning will lose the right to contest either the adoption or the validity of Timothy Branning’s implied consent to the adoption. No oral statement made to Timothy Branning relieves him of his obligations under this notice. This notice complies with IC 31-19-4.5-3 but does not exhaustively set forth a person’s legal obligations under the Indiana adoption statutes.
