NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION STATE OF INDIANA COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO IN THE MATTER OF THE UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE OF CHARLES ROBERT HAVENS, DECEASED IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT PROBATE ESTATE DOCKET 43C01-1004-EU-34 IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT, STATE OF INDIANA Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of May, 2010, Rebecca Rhum and Charles M. Havens were appointed the Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles Robert Havens, deceased, who died on the March 10, 2010, to administered said estate without Court supervision. All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in the office of the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
