Notice is given that on February 8, 2023, Steven D. Carnes, David L. Carnes, and Linda N. Rummer, were appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Sandra L. Carnes, who died January 19, 2023, leaving a will.
All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
