Notice is given that Martin E. Stookey, Jr. and Randy L. Stookey were on the 13th day of October 2019 appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Martin E. Stookey, Sr., deceased, who died on the 10th day of September 2019. All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
