Notice is hereby given that Melissa L. Fleming was, on the 19th day of July, 2019, appointed personal representative of the estate of Diana L. Fleming, deceased, who died on the 18th day of January, 2019.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
