Notice is given that Chad A. Fouts and Seth R. Fouts were on the 9th day of June 2023 appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Cheryl S. Fouts, deceased, who died on the 20th day of April 2023. All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
