Fishbaugh and Linda Waltz were, on the 28th day of April, 2009, appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of M. Jeannine Fishbaugh, deceased, who died on the 21st day of April, 2009, and authorized to administer said estate without Court supervision.
