Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of November, 2023, a Petition for Probate of Will and Issuance of Letters of Testamentary and for Unsupervised Administration was filed in the matter of the Estate of Larry D. Weaver, Sr., deceased, and that on November 6, 2023 Roger Thomas was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Larry D. Weaver, Sr., deceased, and was authorized to administer the said estate without Court supervision.
All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
