Notice is hereby given that Carol E. Ellis was, on the 28th day of March, 2024, appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Lanny L. Ellis, deceased, who died on March 8, 2024.
All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims in the office of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within one (9) months after the Decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
