Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey A. Hanusin and Kellie L. Hunt were on the 19th day of December, 2023, appointed co-personal representatives of the estate of Ronald J. Hanusin, deceased, who died on the 14th day of November, 2023, and were authorized to administer this estate without Court supervision.
All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file those claims in the office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court within three (3) months after the last date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or those claims will be forever barred.
