NOTICE Norfolk Southern Railway Corporation (1200 Peachtree St. NE, 7-142, Atlanta, GA) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with project 8004 Claypool, IN located at Claypool, IN. Runoff from the project site will discharge to railroad right of way ditches that will eventually drain into Trimble Creek.
