NOTICE The Indiana Department of Natural Resources will host public meetings regarding proposed treatment for gypsy moth. The public meetings are open to the public and are focused to residents and persons in and near proposed gypsy moth treatment areas. For information on gypsy moth and the proposed treatment, visit: gypsymoth.IN gov or call the Indiana DNR toll-free at 1-866-NO EXOTIC (1-866-663-9684). The comment period on the proposed treatment begins January 21, and ends February 19, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. (EST). Submit written comments by email to DEPP@dnr.IN.gov, or by mail to Gypsy Moth 2010, IDNR, Division of Entomology & Plant Pathology, 402 W. Washington St., Rm. W290, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Comments must include the proposed treatment site, name and mailing address of commenter including email and telephone number. Comments made at the meetings and received in writing will be addressed in the environmental assessment.
