Smith and Amy L. Smith, have filed a Verified Petition for Order Establishing Time and Place for Birth in the office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, (574) 372-2331, to be heard by the Honorable Duane G. Huffer. Said petition is requesting to have the dates for both minor children corrected.
