A title search revealed that Barclays Bank PLC c/o New Penn Financial LLC and/or Decision One Mortgage Company LLC may have an interest in the real estate. Plaintiff is in exclusive possession of real estate. Plaintiffs interest and title to the real estate is superior to all persons and entities who have any interest therein and the purpose of this action is to quiet title to the real estate as against the world. Plaintiff has named as Defendants all persons within his knowledge through whom any hostile claim might be asserted in and to said real estate.
