The Warsaw Police Department has recommended charges be filed against a North Webster woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted early Saturday morning.
Sandra Marie Ruggles, EMS W29 Lane, will be charged with false reporting to a police agency, a Class B misdemeanor.
Ruggles reported that two men allegedly sexually assaulted her after she left O'Connor's Park Pub and Grill, West Center Street, Warsaw, with them.
After several days of investigation, Ruggles told detectives the reported sexual assault did not occur as she claimed in initial police reports.
Witnesses reported seeing Ruggles talking with the two men prior to leaving with them.
No charges were filed against the two men allegedly involved in the incident.
