NOTICE OF HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING AND ESTABLISHING PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES OF THE WATER UTILITY, ORDINANCE 2013-03-01 Property owners and other interested parties in the Town of Claypool, Indiana, are hereby notified that Ordinance 2013-03-01 establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Water Utility through 2018 was introduced at a meeting of the Claypool town Council held on February 18,2013. Failure to make payment by due date will result in a 25% penalty added to customers' water bill or any balance thereon for each month the water bill or any portion remains unpaid. At such hearing and prior to final adoption of said Ordinance, all interested parties may appear and be heard. A copy of Ordinance 2013-03-01 may be examined at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
