SRF Project # WW 14 26 43 01 To all interested parties: This is notification that a revision of work will be done in relation to the North Webster PER dated May 2014, which the State Revolving Fund Loan Program approved in September 2014. The work proposed in this notice will be completed under Addendum #2. The proposed improvements to be included in the addendum entail a telemetry system, a change in the location of a proposed replacement line, a change in construction method to open cut, a change in pipe material, modifications to the proposed improvements to the main lift station, and a change in pump manufacturer for replacement in several other lift stations. The SRF Loan amount will not change. The additional work proposed in this addendum will result in a cost savings and is not expected to impact the project’s completion date. 6-4 hspaxlp
