NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF STREETS AND ALLEYS To: Residents of North Webster, Kosciusko County, Indiana You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of January, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the North Webster Community Center, North Webster, Indiana, the North Webster Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition field by the North Webster Church of God for vacation of streets and alleys described as follows: Tract 1: Ward Lane from the north right-of-way line of North Street to a point 52.5' south of the southwest corner of the tract described in Document Number 99-11-1215 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Tract 2: Harrison Street from the north right-of-way line of North Street to its terminus. Tract 3: The unnamed alley between Harrison Street and Ward Lane.
