NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Town Board of the Town of North Webster, Indiana will receive sealed bids for demolition of the unsafe building/structures located at 611 North Main Street, North Webster, Indiana. All bidders must submit a complete bid for demolition and removal of all parts of the building and improvements, not including concrete, located at 611 North Main Street, North Webster, Indiana. Bids should be delivered to the Clerk of North Webster, PO Box 95, North Webster, Indiana 46555. Bids will be accepted during the hour of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2015 through 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 15, 2015. All bids received by the Clerk of the Town of North Webster by 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2015 (the "Deadline"), will be opened and read aloud at the meeting of the Board scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2015. Any bid received after that deadline, will be returned to the bidder unopened. After opening the bids, the Board may take all bids under advisement and refer them to staff for review and tabulation. A bid, proposed or quotation submitted by a trust as defined in IC 30-4-1-1(a) must identify each Beneficiary of the trust and each settler empowered to revoke or modify the trust. Bids must be submitted in writing. Any contingencies or limitations in the bid must be explained by the bidder. The Board will award a contract to the lowest "responsive" and "responsible" bidder. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
