NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of North Webster Library, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the pr oper officers of North Webster Library at 5;30 pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 301 N. Main St., No rth Webster will conduct a public hearing on the year 2012 budget. Following this meeting any ten or mo re tax payers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the political subdivision within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must identify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the p olitical subdivi sion shall adopt with its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforementioned hearing, said unit will meet at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 301 N. Main St., North Webster to adopt the following budget.
