TO ISSUE BONDS OF THE NORTH WEBSTER COMMUNITY PUBLIC LIBRARY, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA
The taxpayers of the North Webster Community Public Library, Kosciusko County, Indiana (the “Public Library”), are hereby notified that on October 17, 2018, the Library Board of the Public Library (the “Board”) adopted a resolution determining that the Public Library will issue one or more series of general obligation bonds of the Public Library, payable from ad valorem property taxes collected by the Public Library on all taxable property within the geographical boundaries of the Public Library, in an original aggregate principal amount not to exceed Four Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($4,620,000) (the “2019 General Obligation Bonds”) for the purpose of financing all or a portion of 2019 New Library Building Project, as defined and described in such resolution.
The proposed 2019 General Obligation Bonds will have a maximum term not exceeding twenty (20) calendar years, and will bear interest at a rate or rates producing a yield not to exceed five percent (5.00%) per annum, the exact rate or rates to be determined by bidding.
