NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF BUDGET ESTIMATES AND TAX LEVIES
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Town of North Webster, that the Town Counc il of North Webster at North Webster Community Center on September 14, at 6:00 a.m. will conduct a pu blic hearing on the budget. Following this meeting, any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objecting petition with the proper officers of the political subdivision wi thin seven days after the hearing. The objecting petition must identify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision shall adopt with its budget a find ing concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforementioned meeting, t he fiscal body will meet at North Webster Town Hall on September 28 at 8:00 pm. to adopt the following budget. Net Assessed Valuation 56,462,667
