PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY BEFORE THE TOWN OF NORTH WEBSTER, INDIANA STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY TOWN OF NORTH WEBSTER IN RE: PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY PETITIONERS: DEAN ANDERSON AND ROZELLA ANDERSON, Husband and Wife Notice is hereby given that Dean Anderson and Rozella Anderson, Husband and Wife, as Petitioners, have filed a verified petition with the Town of North Webster seeking the vacation of a public way, which petition has been set for hearing before the Town Council of North Webster on December 20, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the North Webster Community Center located at 301 N. main Street. The public way for which vacation is sought is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning 10 rods and three feet (3') east and fifteen feet (15') south of the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of section 15 township 33 north range 7 east, to the point of beginning thence south 8 rods, west thence 16 feet (16'), thence north 8 rods, thence east to the place of beginning. And which public way is also identified as an unimproved tract of land lying within the real estate commonly known as 403 S. Blaine Street, North Webster, Indiana. Any person desiring to be heard may file objections or comments with the Clerk of North Webster and any person may appear at said hearing and be heard in support or objection of the petition field herein.
