NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of North Webster, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of the Town of North Webster at their regular meeting place at the North Webster Community Center, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the 16th day of February, 2010 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. Development 12,500.00 Economic Development 150,000.00 Continuing Education 4,000.00 Riverboat 12,000.00 Rainy Day 53,000.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally determined will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
