Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
North Pointe Cinemas is bringing a pop of color to Warsaw with their community parking lot painting contest.
Participants get a parking stall of their choosing to paint a cinematic mural. Contest ends Oct. 30; judging is Oct. 31 to Nov. 1, with a possible extension if needed.
Winners will be decided the first week of November and will win free movie passes, gift card and free concessions.
Participants can sign up by going directly to North Pointe Cinemas or contact josh@northpointecinemas.com.
Fees are $35 and we will provide the paint and supplies or $15 if participants bring their own supplies.
On Saturday, Nov. 14 at 11 a.m., North Pointe Cinemas is giving future artists a peek into the movie industry with special guest speaker Glenn Harmon.
Harmon is an award-winning artist and has more than 20 years of working as an animator and story artist. Guests get free access with a day-of movie ticket purchase; $3 if attending guest speaker only.
