NORTH MANCHESTER – Sunday, the North Manchester Police Department located a man who was reported missing Saturday.
Bradford R. Eilts Jr., 37, was found early Sunday morning and transported to the Kosciusko Community Hospital to be treated for dehydration and several cuts.
Eilts, who is bipolar, was last seen walking on the west side of North Manchester Saturday.
The North Manchester Police Department said Eilts had not taken his bipolar or depression medicine.
