NORTH MANCHESTER – Abel Delira, 63, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, lot 5, North Manchester, is still missing today after being reported as a missing person through the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department Wednesday afternoon. Deputies were advised that Delira has been missing since Sept. 10, but was not originally reported to law enforcement. Delira was last seen leaving the Meadow Acres Mobile Home Park, located in southern Kosciusko County, on a grey and orange bicycle. He was possibly seen on that same day near the North Manchester Elementary School playground. KCSD has said that they received several tips but none have been successful. County police are asking that if anyone might have information on his whereabouts to call the Kosciusko County 911 Communication Center at 574-267-5667 or the local law enforcement agency.
