Norman L. SteinmanBOURBON – Norman L. Steinman, age 91, of Bourbon, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022, in The Meadows Nursing Facility of Warsaw.
Norman was born to Charles and Zedna Vining Steinman on June 16, 1930, in Bourbon. He graduated from Bourbon High School and made Bourbon his lifelong home. He worked as a Wheel Horse Garden Tractor dealer and parts salesperson at Allis Chalmer Tractors. He enjoyed tractor pulling, collecting Allis Chalmer antique tractors and spending time with his longtime companion, Barbara.
Norman is survived by his long-time companion, Barbara Reece, of Bourbon; his daughters: Diane Jansma, of Plymouth; Marsha (Mike) Baker, of Auburndale, Fla.; his sister, Carolyn (Don) Good, of Osceola; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Norman is preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Kenneth Steinman (11/7/2007).
Visitation was on Monday, Feb. 21 from 12 to 4 p.m. at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, 115 S. Main St., Bourbon. Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. in Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home. Burial will be at Summit Chapel Cemetery, Bourbon.
