ROCHESTER –Norman E. Meiser, 95, Rochester, died at 6:53 a.m. Nov. 25, 2015, at Hickory Creek, Rochester. He was born Aug. 21, 1920, southeast of Rochester, to Charles and Etta Overmyer Meiser. On May 4, 1946, in Rochester, he married Lillian Camille Thompson, who died March 12, 1991. Private family services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by Fulton County Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
