SYRACUSE - Norma Ilene Strombeck, 79, of North Webster, passed away Oct. 21, 2010, in Goshen General Hospital.
She was born Dec. 18, 1930, in LaGrange, to Cecil and Dorotha Hill Archer. On Sept. 23, 1950, she married Dale Strombeck, who died in 1995.
She moved to this area in 1950. She was a homemaker and a member of North Webster Church of God and the North Webster American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are three sons, Dan (and spouse Linda) Strombeck, Tim (and spouse Kama) Strombeck and Jeff Strombeck; four grandchildren: Jamie (and spouse Cris) Evangelisti, Sean and Kristain Strombeck and Nikki (and spouse Randy) Trusty; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Gloria (and spouse Robert) Dennis, Connie Kramer, Bonnie Miller and Joyce Ward; and a brother, Richard (and spouse Barbara) Archer.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Eastlund Funeral Chapel, 7458 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, officiated by Pastor Dennis Judy of North Webster Church of God. Burial will be in North Webster Cemetery, Mock Addition.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
