Norma C. Fawley, 77, passed away at 9:37 p.m. Dec. 16, 2015, in her Warsaw home. She was born May 29, 1938, in Terre Haute, to Roy and Helen Conn Ellis. On Sept. 22, 1957, in Terre Haute, she married Charles Fawley, who survives in Warsaw. She was a homemaker and volunteer at the Leesburg Elementary School Library. She was a member of the Leesburg United Methodist Church where she enjoyed many years of singing in the choir. She was a member of and served as past president for both the United Methodist Women and the Prisca Circle. In her earlier years she was a cub scout leader, a brownie leader, girl scout leader, 4H leader and girls softball coach. She loved weiner roasts, crossword puzzles, crocheting, flower gardening and sending greeting cards. Also surviving are one daughter, Jennifer Fawley, Warsaw; one son, Robert Fawley, Mundelein, Ill.; four grandchildren; one brother, Ralph (and spouse Karen) Ellis, Pinehurst, N.C.; one sister, Pat Hoopengarner, Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be at noon Tuesday at Titus Funeral Home with Pastor Rob Seewald, Leesburg United Methodist Church, officiating.
