Beginning July 1, plastic bags will not be allowed for bagging yard waste and lawn clippings within the city of Warsaw.
Residents may pick up five free paper bags per month for the remainder of this year at the Public Works Department, 794 W. Center St., Warsaw. Bring an ID to verify your residency within the city. If additional paper bags are needed, they are available at several local stores for purchase.
