No Injuries In Saturday CollisionNo one reported being injured in a car-SUV collision at about 12:25 p.m. Saturday. Damage was estimated to be $25,000 to $50,000. The incident occurred on East Ind. 14, approximately 2,500 feet east of South Packerton Road, North Manchester, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department. Connie Stephens, 56, South Ind. 19, Mentone, reported she was going west in her Chevrolet IMP on Ind. 14 and then turned left into the Eel River Church. She said she didn’t see the other vehicle coming east over the hill and her car collided with a Ford ESC, driven by Cindy L. Lindsey, 51, Kent Drive, Rochester. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
