No one was injured in a three-vehicle accident this morning on U.S. 30 near Warsaw. A car was stopped in the driving lane at the red light on U.S. 30 eastbound with one semi behind it. The driver of a second semi told police that he was driving 35-40 mph when he saw the red light. He said he realized he could not stop on the snow-covered roads and tried to put his truck into the passing lane. The trailer of the semi came around and hit the other semi, pushing it into the back of the car. Both eastbound lanes and the left-turn lane of the intersection were closed to traffic, narrowing it into the right-turn lane. Further information on the accident was unavailable from police.
