No Injuries from Trash Fire

Around 3 p.m. Wednesday, Warsaw and Winona Lake fire departments responded to a trash fire at Dick’s Welding, 775 S. CR 325E, Warsaw.
The property owner, Dick Anderson, was burning trash when it got out of hand and started to burn tires.
Firefighters doused the fire with a foam and water solution.
The fire was stopped 20 feet from a 9-foot-tall pile of tires. No injuries were reported.
