LEGAL NOTICE NORTHERN INDIANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY AND KOSCIUSKO REMC NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE CHANGE IN BOUNDARY LINES NORTHERN INDIANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY ("NIPSCO") and KOSCIUSKO REMC hereby given notice that on July 30, 2010, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission ("IURC") for approval pursuant to Ind. Cod § 8-1-2.3-6 to modify service area boundaries within U.S.G.S. Facet Map R-5-1 for portions of an area commonly known as Lot #1 Robinson Industrial Complex located in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
