Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) (2755 Raystone Drive, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 in order to discharge storm water runoff from land disturbance project activity. This planned discharge is associated with the NIPSCO ILI Retro-Fit TDSIC Laketon to Warsaw Project - located in Wabash and Kosciusko Counties, Indiana, centrally located at 41.116003, -85.869703. The storm water runoff from this project will discharge to Arthur Ditch, Nelson Ditch, Ring Ditch/Trimble Creek, Walnut Creek, Marsh Ditch, and an unnamed tributary to Clear Creek.
