Notice is hereby given that on February 1, 2019, Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC (“NIPSCO”) filed a Verified Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) in Cause No. 45195 for approval and associated cost recovery of a Wind Energy Purchase Agreement between NIPSCO and Jordan Creek Wind Farm LLC dated January 3, 2019. If and to the extent the relief requested requires the Commission’s approval under Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5 et seq., this notice is provided to the public under Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5-6(d).
