LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on October 21, 2011, Northern Indiana Public Service Company (“NIPSCO”) filed an Emergency Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause No. 44094 for the approval of necessary and temporary alterations to the Alternative Regulatory Plan approved in Cause No. 43669 under which NIPSCO operates its Universal Service Program.
