LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on September 30, 2011, Northern Indiana Public Service Company filed a Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause No. 44081 for approval pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5 et seq. of modification to and extension of its Alternative Regulatory Plan applicable to natural gas utility service as approved by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause No. 43837.
