Nina Sue Chamberlin, 73, of Warsaw, died at 10:03 a.m. Sept. 21, 2009, in the Grace Village Rehab Unit, Winona Lake.
She was born May 1, 1936, in Mishawaka, to William and Nellie Foltz Mathias. On Nov. 18, 1956, in Mishawaka, she married Francis "Frank" Chamberlin, who survives.
She was a homemaker and past president of the Lake Estates Home Association. She moved from Mishawaka 10 years ago.
Also surviving are a son, Tracey Chamberlin, Fort Wayne; and two sisters, Maxine Fisher and Sarah Jane (and spouse John) West, all of Mishawaka. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Earl, Robert and Billy Mathias.
A memorial mass will take place at a later date.
Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
