To celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of Donald and Sally Nichols, Warsaw, there will be an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 14, 2009, at First United Methodist Church, Warsaw.
Donald and the former Sally McConnell were married Nov. 27, 1949, at First United Methodist Church by the Rev. Frost.
They owned Nick's and Joe's TV for many years before Don retired from First National Bank, Warsaw, and Saly retired from Fitch's Jewelry.
They have three children: Karen Nye, Mishawaka; Steve, Warsaw; and Lynne Christiansen, Warsaw; two grandsons; and a great-granddaughter.
The couple request no gifts, just the joy of visiting with their friends and family at their open house.
