MENTONE – Nicholas Dean Lowry, 18, of Mentone, died Dec. 3, 2012, in his residence. He was born Nov. 10, 1994, in Warsaw, to David and Holly Lowry. He was a student in the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation. Surviving are his mother, Holly (and spouse Ken) Platt, Warsaw; three sisters: Samantha Ferrill, Loveland, Colo.; Sierra Platt, Warsaw; and Sundown Platt, Chicago, Ill.; a brother, Dakota Platt, Warsaw; and grandparents, Evelyn and Dewayne Klinger, Ohio, and Vera Platt, Warsaw. His father died Dec. 4, 2012. A private service will be at a later date with Pastor Keen officiating. Burial will be in Harrison Center Cemetery, Etna Green.
