Van Buren Township Candidates File Three candidates have filed for the Van Buren Township trustee seat. The candidates are Debra M. Mast, Rebecca L. Alles, and Linda Musselman, all of Milford. The candidates have filed a Declaration of Candidacy with Randy Girod, Kosciusko County GOP chairman. The Republican caucus is May 14 at 7 p.m. The deadline for filing a Declaration of Candidacy with Girod is May 11 at 7 p.m.
Steelworkers Group To Meet Steel Workers Organization of Active Retirees will meet Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. at Richards Restaurant, 3605 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. The meeting is open to the community. Howie Files For Winona Seat WINONA LAKE – Terry A. Howie, Winona Lake, has filed a Declaration of Candidacy with Randy Girod, Kosciusko County GOP chair, for the position of Winona Lake Town Council Ward 2 to replace John Boal, who resigned. A caucus is April 18 at 7 p.m. at Winona Lake Town Hall. The deadline for filing a Declaration of Candidacy with Girod is April 15 at 7 p.m.
Community Good Friday Service Set The Community Good Friday Service sponsored by the Greater Warsaw Ministerial Association will be held at the Warsaw Missionary Church, 1849 E. Springhill Rd., Warsaw at 7 p.m. on March 29. The Tenebrae Service of Darkness will be a time of reflection on the suffering, crucifixion and anticipation of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
