Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Communications Director of Operations Sarah Lancaster released the following statistics for January.
KCSO deputies received a total of 2,231 calls for service. Of those calls, 2,010 were assigned to a specific unit.
Dispatchers answered 2,369 911 calls, six 911 texts and 13,394 administration line calls. Of the total of 15,769 calls answered by the Kosciusko County 911 Center, dispatchers handled 866 of them.
Fish, Chicken, Tenderloin Fry Set For Saturday
SILVER LAKE – The Silver Lake Lions Club is sponsoring a fish, chicken and tenderlion fry Saturday at the Silver Lake Conservation Building.
The event begins at 4 p.m. until sold out. The cost is $9 per pound, and side dishes will be available.
